Employers

Why do you provide an Employee Benefit package? Basically, most employers offer benefits for two reasons: To attract and retain employees

How is it working? Do your employees really understand your level of commitment (financial and otherwise) to them? Whether you are a small employer just building your business or a multimillion dollar corporation…do your employees know how important their benefits are to you? Do they even understand the benefits you provide? The Benefits Education area is a critical component of an effective Employee Benefits package. If your employees do not really understand what they have, they may not even see the value of it. If they don’t see the value of your benefits, they might consider leaving. Employee turnover is an issue that many businesses really struggle with. It is my primary goal to help my employers just like you minimize that turnover.

One of the most important aspects of what I do is communication. What if you could give each employee a customized benefit statement showing all of their benefits, the true cost of those benefits, and explains the package to them in terms they understand?

If you feel like this communication could make a difference for you, please ask me about Benefits Education.

Employees

How valuable would it be for you to decide which benefits are important to you as an individual? For example, if you wear glasses, would a vision plan that costs less than $3.00 per week be appealing to you? How about a good dental plan for less than $6.00 per week? How about being able to protect one of your most valuable assets – your ability to earn an income – for just a few dollars a week? Or maybe a plan that will pay your deductible for you if you are admitted to the hospital?

All of these benefits could be available to you, right now.

With voluntary products from companies like AFLAC, Colonial Life, UNUM, Guardian Life, Ameritas and many others, I have the ability to offer the type of benefits that most appeal to you. You have the ability to choose exactly what benefits you want. Better yet, you may even be able to pay the premiums for these benefits with tax free dollars.

If this appeals to you, have your employer ask me about customizing a voluntary benefit plan just for you.
